Ymuna gyda ni am noswaith Hydrefol clyd o hunan ofal i roi amser iti dy hun ymlacio’n llwyr Yn cynnwys: ~ Ioga ysgafn ~ Ymlacio dwfn - yoga nidra ~ Gweithdy Blodau a Pwmpen unigryw gyda Kris o Floverly ~ Pecyn trîts ~ Amser i rannu a chymdeithasu Os wyt ti’n teimlo bod bywyd yn brysur ac angen gofod ac amser i ti dy hun, dyma noswaith o hunan ofal sydd wedi ei grefftio yn arbennig i ti. Yn y stiwdio gynnes a chlyd yn Cei Llechi bydd na awyrgylch tawel gyda chanhwyllau, golau ysgafn, arogl essential oils a cherddoriaeth feddal. Gofod diogel i ti orffwys, adael fynd a darganfod llonyddwch meddyliol a chorfforol. Tra hefyd yn cael cyfle i gysylltu â chymdeithasu gyda mamau eraill. Including: ~ Mindful Yoga ~ Deep relaxation - yoga nidra ~ Unique Floral Pumpkin workshop with Kris from Floverly ~ Little treats ~ Time to socialise and share If you’re feeling a little overwhelmed with busy day to day life and need some space and time for yourself, here is an evening of self-care crafted just for you. In a warm and cosy studio at Cei Llechi there will be a calm atmosphere with candles, fairy lights, scents of essential oils and soft music. A safe space for you to rest, let go and find stillness both in body and mind. Limited spaces available *No previous experience of yoga required
