Starting the journey

Haia, I’m Leri - teacher, wife and most important of all mum (to a very active child)! I love going for walks, taking photos, painting and of course yoga.

After I gave birth to my child, I had postnatal depression. It was difficult. But it made me want to create an inclusive community where help is available to everyone.

I have years of experience working with children as a teaching assistant and then as a qualified teacher.

While teaching in the classroom, I realised that education requires a holistic approach. I trained to bring yoga and mindfulness to the children. The effect of these practices on their physical, mental and emotional well-being. was remarkable.

Finding the magic

Maternity during the lockdown was certainly different. Instead of attending local baby groups and making lifelong friends with other first time mums - all the baby groups and events were online, including yoga and baby massage.

I discovered something special - by doing yoga with my baby, everything slowed down. I could breathe, think clearly, and really connect with my child. It sounds so simple, but it was a new world for me. This experience inspired me so much that I decided to train to teach yoga and baby massage.

Working Together

At Iogis Bach, I want all of us, as parents, to have a space where we can:

  • slow down and enjoy our children

  • take care of ourselves

  • feel connected with other parents

  • notice those little moments that make us feel good

In my classes, everyone matters. â€‹I'm here to help you slow down, relax, and see the special little things that happen every day. Together.
