Cysylltiad Tawel: Y hud o dylino eich babi ar gyfer cysylltiad a bondio mewn awyrgylch cartrefol. Addas o 4 wythnos oed. Technegau Lles: Amrywiaeth o dechnegau i gynorthwyo cysgu, treulio, poen dannedd ac ymlacio i'ch babi. Hunanofal dyfnach: Technegau ymlacio, ymestyn ac meddwlgarwch. Opsiynol wrth gwrs. Grŵp Bach: Ymunwch ag amgylchedd clyd, cyfeillgar a chefnogol, lle gallwch chi gysylltu â rhieni eraill. Popeth sydd ei angen i dylino eich babi: yn cynnwys tyweli clyd, matiau, olew tylino organig, amrywiaeth o degannau sensori, diodydd a lluniaeth, parcio am ddim. Tystysgrif a lluniau digidol (opsiyniol) er mwyn cofnodi’r moments arbennig. Here's what you can expect: Calm Connection: Discover the magic of baby massage to bond and connect with your little one in a loving way. Suitable from 4 weeks old. Tools for Wellness: Learn techniques to aid in sleep, digestion, teething, and relaxation for your baby. Deeper Self-Care: Explore a deeper level of self-care for yourself through relaxation, stretch, and mindfulness techniques. Always optional. Small & Nurturing Group: Join a small, friendly, and supportive group environment, where you can connect with other parents on a similar journey. Everything You Need to massage your baby: including cosy towels, yoga mats, organic massage oil, a variety of sensory resources, cuppa and refreshments, plenty of free parking. Certificate & Digital photos (optional) for those special memories. Supportive Community: Invitation to a WhatsApp group where you can continue to connect with fellow parents for ongoing support.
